We are open 24/7 using a keyless entry system. We are a fully secured facility. Although members are responsible to clean equipment, we have a dedicated staff to clean the whole facility every day. All sign ups are done online through the website or APP. You will receive a confirmation email which will have your login in instructions which will allow you access to the gym. Customer service hours are from 8am to 7pm every day. To schedule a tour push the Doorbell to be let in. MDM FIT is a studio for people who like a private setting to get into their best shape. We have equipment for anyone that wants a good workout whether you are into bodybuilding, body weight exercise or just like a good cardio workout. DOWNLOAD OUR APP FEES I acknowledge that I will comply with the rules and regulations of MDM Fit. I understand that if I choose a yearly commitment membership it will be for one (1) year, after which my membership will continue until I cancel it by giving MDM Fit 30 days notice. Membership payments are due every month for twelve months. CANCELLATION FEE $50 only applies to contract memberships and does not apply to any other memberships unless stated so. INITIATION FEE $35 will be billed at the time of signing up and applies to all memberships and promotions except day passes. ANNUAL FEE $35 will be billed every January 1st regardless of when you sign up and applies to all memberships and promotions except day passes. $10 DAY PASS Buying this pass allows use of the facility for a 24 hour period. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES PRICING & PLANS $55.99 30 DAY PASS Buying this pass allows use of the facility for a 30 day period. $65.99 MDM COUPLE This membership allows full access to the facility 24/7 for two people. This is a one year contract. Cancellation before contract ends will result in a cancellation fee. Active & Fit Silver & Fit HEALTH PLAN This is a Health Insurance based membership. You must provide your Insurance ID Number during sign up. $99.99 3 MONTH PASS This membership allows full access to the facility 24/7 for one person.
