Purchasing merchandise does not include or provide access to MDM Fit Fitness Studio memberships or facilities unless expressly stated.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, sizes, and pricing.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings.

All merchandise is subject to availability. MDM Fit reserves the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or modify product offerings without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed on our website at checkout.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed before completing your purchase.

MDM Fit reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide the option to approve the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether an item is made to order.

Customers will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation does not guarantee that an item is available. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and issue a refund for the unavailable merchandise.

5. Shipping and Delivery

MDM Fit ships merchandise to eligible locations within the United States.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want every customer to be satisfied with their MDM Fit purchase.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Items must be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
Returns must be approved before merchandise is shipped back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or the return results from our error.

8. Sizing and Product Fit

We cannot guarantee that a replacement size will be available.

Purchasing MDM Fit merchandise does not grant customers ownership of or licensing rights to any MDM Fit trademarks, logos, or designs.

Purchasing apparel or merchandise through the MDM Fit online store does not constitute enrollment in an MDM Fit Fitness Studio membership.

Gym memberships, facility access, personal training, and fitness services are governed by separate membership agreements, policies, and applicable waivers.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MDM Fit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be published on www.mdmfit.com with an updated effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the terms of completed purchases where prohibited by law.
